Ray Ingandela is known to just about everybody as “Tampa Bay Ray”.  He has had an exciting and varied real estate career spanning 30+ years in four states—Utah, Louisiana, Connecticut, and Florida.  Between his early years in the USAF as a rescue helicopter pilot and his real estate career at the national, corporate level, he and his family have changed addresses 18 times through eight states!  Ray has come to understand, firsthand, how to deal with the stress of relocation long before having become a REALTOR.  Now as a skilled and seasoned real estate professional, he uses those personal experiences to help his customers.  He puts customers at ease with his wealth and breadth of knowledge, his comfortable demeanor, and his quick humor.  He makes the experience buying or selling a home as stress-free and enjoyable as one could imagine.  It becomes obvious that Ray loves working with his clients —so much so, he has gathered a team of professionals in various real estate specialties to better serve those clients.  Tampa Bay Ray & Friends now continues the legacy of service to his clients.  Together, Ray and his staff work with referred friends from all over Tampa Bay who’ve outgrown their homes; with USF & Moffitt Cancer Center faculty candidates and administrators; and with many others looking to transact business in an atmosphere of mutual respect and professionalism.

While Ray has earned numerous national professional designations and awards and has served the real estate community in many ways, it is his work in the Tampa community that he finds most rewarding.  A Leadership Tampa alumnus, he’s been involved with Habitat for Humanity building affordable housing for people in need; Hillsborough Education Foundation Scholarship Fund raising college scholarship money for children at risk; the Divine Providence Food Bank fund-raising for area soup kitchens; and The Spring of Tampa Bay helping abused families find new life.  Additionally, he has served on the Board of The Master Chorale of Tampa Bay.  Finally, Ray continues to devote countless hours to the young equestrians of The United States Pony Clubs as announcer for their annal international competitions in Lexington, KY and Lexington, VA.

In spite of his busy schedule, Ray will always find time to host infamous tailgate parties with friends and clients at USF (Go Bulls!) football home games.  He spends precious remaining time with his wife of 37 years, Kathy French; cherishes close friends; and loves to cook for them.
